My name is Kate Prinsen. I am a third generation Real Estate Agent who has lived in the Bright’s Grove/Camlachie area since my early childhood. I know the community and love the small-town beach culture. I grew up dreaming of and drawing sketches of various houses. My family has always been active in real estate, from owning, to renting, to renovating. I have personal experience in renovations and love envisioning what a home could be. I graduated with honours from the University of Waterloo, achieving a BA in psychology. I have also spent many years in the service industry, both of which have developed my desire and ability to understand how best to help and support people in achieving their real estate goals. I love connecting with people and will efficiently use my expertise to help you find what you are looking for in a home.
